Lose Body Fat

I've researched many products that claim to help you lose weight and fat. I for one am rather skeptical, but if I could find something that's safe and effective I'd definitely be interested in giving it a try. I've recently heard more and more about phosphacore which is supposed to help you lose body fat quite fast. Sometimes I think things sound 'too good to be true', but am intrigued with this particular brand and would like to learn more about it. If you or someone you know has used it, I'd love to hear your experiences. It's definitely one I'd like to research more.
