Working on Computers

I love working on computers and am so thankful that this is what my job is most days each week. However...the one downfall to sitting behind computer desks all day is the backaches I get and the headaches I get from looking at the computer screen for long periods of time. I still haven't come up with a great solution to this problem. I find that over the counter pain relievers help a little bit, but I'm going to have to find something like a better chair that will help ease the pain with out having to take medication.
