This is the time of year when everyone becomes more giving. I love hearing about the giving stories people have to tell...and one of these is at the Home Wish Registry at Sears. It's the Sears Heroes at Home Program that makes it possible for people to donate any amount of money to help fulfill the wishes of those in the military and their families. It's really that simple! I enjoyed checking out their site, as they offer stories from those in the military and information about some that have been helped by donations already! They also have a list of many items that military families are wishing for like children shoes, clothing, etc. It's actually very interesting and definitely something I'd enjoy doing.

I think it's fantastic that we can use the technology of the internet, go online and actually make a difference in someone's life with a simple donation.
